Book: Stop Asking Questions
I know some of you have toyed with the idea of starting a podcast for your IT business.
There’s many ways you can go about a podcast format – one of the best ways I’ve seen work is by interviewing your existing clients.
If you are thinking of getting started or already doing interviews, I highly recommend Andrew Warner’s book “Stop Asking Questions”.
Andrew runs the podcast Mixergy and has been in the podcasting business before podcasting was a thing – over 1000 interviews 10+ years of experience is condensed down into the book.
It’s a real gem – includes steps on how to get guests – how to structure your interviews and, importantly, how to make it a win for both you and your guest.
